We want your T-shirt to arrive safely, quickly, and exactly as expected. Each order is made to order, carefully prepared, and shipped directly to you.

Order Processing

Because our T-shirts are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping to the United States

We currently ship T-shirts to customers throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery time after production:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Total estimated time: approximately 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

From time to time, we may offer promotions such as free shipping on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping promotion will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation is sent.

You can use the tracking number to follow your package directly with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address if your order has not yet entered production or shipping.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, occasional delays can happen due to weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your T-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the best solution.
